Each pack contains 5x 12" confetti balloons - just inflate then rub the sides of the balloon to make the confetti stick.
IMPORTANT: HELIUM INFLATION OF THESE BALLOONS MUST BE ON THE SAME DAY AS YOUR PARTY / EVENT. FLOAT TIME IS APPROX 12 HOURS SUBJECT TO TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS THEY ARE KEPT IT. HI-FLOAT GEL CANNOT BE USED WITH THESE BALLOONS.
