Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Unless any applicable law provides otherwise, this Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of Malta.

PartyTime Malta reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

In the case of material changes, we will inform you by posting on our website or sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will specify a reasonable period after which the new terms will become effective.

If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period or once the changes become effective.
