Our team at PartyTime Malta strive to provide you with the best possible service, online and in person to ensure you have all your party needs met. Being the largest Party Shop on the island, we are constantly updating our website adding more products and bundles to make sure you find everything that you are looking for in one place! To ensure you have a seamless order experience, we wanted to provide a guide to answer all your questions about the process.

When entering our website, one can either use the main menu to navigate through our various collections, ranging from our eight main categories.

Our menu will then provide you with all the sub-sections that you could possibly be looking for. We recommend navigating using the menu to provide you with the best possible website experience. 

On the other hand, if you know what you are looking for, you can search for that item using our helpful search bar. This provides a predictive search to show you there and then if what you are looking for is currently available on our website. It is important to be general with your text, as a spelling mistake will provide you with no results!

Once you have selected your products, it's time to check out! When you arrive on your cart page, you will see some options regarding Pick-Up or Delivery. You can select the date for your delivery or pick-up. When selecting Pick-Up you are also asked to provide a rough time period of when we should expect you to collect your order. If you opt for delivery we cannot guarantee that we can arrive at a specific time to your location.

Payment Options

Currently, we are adding stock information to our website. Due to this, we cannot guarantee that the items in your basket will be in stock and hence we DO NOT ask you to pay at check out. Once you have selected your delivey/pick-up option you are taken to the checkout page. Firstly, you are requested to provide your details so we can contact you. Once you have done this, you must select your Shipment type, if you have selected Pick-Up, you must also select Pick-Up here, and vice versa with Delivery.

Once you have selected the shipping method, we can move onto the payment options. Here you can choose from Cash on Deliver, BOV APP, Revolut, or Pay on Pick-Up. Again, you will not be requested to pay straight away. We request payment once we have confirmed that your items are in stock, you will receive an email stating that your items have been fulfilled.
